The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for children’s nightgowns that were sold on Amazon.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced a recall of children’s nightgowns due to the risk of burn injuries. The CPSC says that the recalled nightgowns fail to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries. The CPSC has not reported any injuries related to this recall.
The nightgowns were sold on Amazon from October 2020 through May 2021 for between $16 and $25.
The CPSC is warning parents that the recalled nightgowns should not be used.
Those who purchased the garments will be contacted via Amazon’s messaging platform and provided a prepaid mailer to return the nightgowns for a full refund. Consumers can also contact AOSKERA by email at yaofa_us@outlook.com to request a prepaid postage mailer to return for a full refund.
